Online orders with payment are usually posted out the same day if received before midday.

Orders paid by cheque are usually posted when the payment is received, but please allow up to 7 working days for delivery.

If goods have not been received within 7 working days, please let us know within 28 days of purchase.

Please notify us of faulty or incorrect goods within 7 days of receipt.


Damaged or Incorrect Goods

In the unlikely event that you should receive damaged or incorrect goods in your delivery, then please contact us within 7 days of receipt to receive either a replacement or refund.


You will be offered the option of a refund or an exchange (provided the goods are in stock). You may be asked to return goods to us for inspection and we will refund the cost of return postage. Should the damaged or incorrect item be no longer available, you will be given the option of a refund.
